How Remote Online Notarization Works

Simple, secure, and done entirely online—here’s what to expect from start to finish.

1. Contact & Scheduling

Start by reaching out via email to request an appointment. Once we connect, we’ll agree on a date and time that works for everyone involved.

You will also receive a separate email from the secure platform with your session link and instructions.

2. Prepare Your Documents

Documents must be fully completed before the session. No blanks, alterations, scribbles, or whiteout are allowed.

Do not sign or date anything in advance—this will be done during the session.

3. Join Your Session

At your scheduled time, use your link to join the session. You must have a working camera and microphone so we can see and hear each other clearly.

You will complete identity verification through the platform before proceeding.

4. Live Notarization

We will review your documents together, confirm your identity, and complete your signatures in real time.

You must understand your document and be willing to sign it. I do not provide legal advice or fill out forms.

5. Document Delivery

Your completed documents will be available immediately after your session.

You will receive them by email and can also access them anytime by signing back into your platform account.

Important Information

  • Appointments are required — no on-demand or walk-in services
  • You must have access to your email account during the process
  • A stable internet connection, camera, and microphone are required
  • All participants must be present, willing, and able to communicate clearly in English
  • You are responsible for confirming that your document will be accepted by the receiving party

If a Session Is Disconnected

If the session is disconnected and cannot be quickly restored, the notarization must legally restart from the beginning, including identity verification.
