Refund Policy

All Remote Online Notarization (RON) and mobile notary services provided by Field & Hearth Notary Services are non-refundable once the notarial act has been completed.


1. Completed Services

Once a notarization has been performed and completed, no refunds will be issued for the service.


2. Client-Related Issues

No refunds will be provided for issues resulting from client circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete documents
  • failure to meet witness requirements
  • document rejection by third parties or receiving agencies
  • lack of authorization to sign
  • failure to confirm acceptance of remote notarization
  • technical issues on the client’s side

3. Notary Errors

If a clerical or notarial error is made by Field & Hearth Notary Services, corrections will be provided at no additional charge. Priority correction will be given to ensure proper completion of the notarial act.


4. Session Interruptions

If a session is canceled or cannot be completed due to identity verification failure, platform restrictions, or client non-compliance, no refund will be issued.


5. Good Faith Resolution

While refunds are not provided for completed services, all reasonable efforts will be made to correct legitimate notarial errors in a timely manner.
